Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Aiea, Hawaii, is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians. Positions are part-time but can transition to full-time as caseloads grow. Candidates will work directly with children with autism using ABA strategies, following plans designed by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree in related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and engage clients actively.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform various physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data on client progress with PBS tracking tools.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy
