Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Mililani Town, Hawaii. These part-time positions can evolve into full-time roles as caseloads grow. Ideal candidates will work directly with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage clients during sessions.
• Must perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs.
• Compliance with local and state licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
