Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Kapolei, Hawaii. These part-time positions offer the chance to advance to full-time as caseloads grow and provide the opportunity to gain experience working with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, including lifting up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• All roles subject to local and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
