Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants (BAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children who have autism. Roles include implementing ABA-based plans, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervision to support progress at home, school, and in the community.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma and a can-do attitude toward learning; a Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy or childcare is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients and communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
