Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles in Rogersville, TN. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under a BCBA, applying ABA strategies and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; BA/BS in Psychology or Education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to enroll in training to become an RBT or continue BCBA pathways.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
