Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Santa Maria, California. These part-time positions offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for career growth. You will work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing individualized ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and engage clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans from the BCBA.
• Collect data and track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare or education experience

Reliable transportation

Ability to engage clients

Education
