Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants in North Highlands, California. This part-time position allows for excellent growth potential as caseloads increase, with responsibilities including delivering ABA strategies to children with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in relevant field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation needed; local travel may be required.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Follow treatment plans set by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor client progress.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.
• Attend supervisions and training sessions.
