Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants in Metairie, LA. These part-time positions offer the chance to transition to full-time as caseloads grow. Each assistant will work directly with children with autism using ABA strategies under professional supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Engage clients effectively and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Maintain communication with families and clinical teams.
• Participate in supervisions and training sessions.

Skills

Reliable transportation

Experience in ABA therapy

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Active engagement with clients

Education
