Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring an Entry Level Behavior Assistant, a part-time role with opportunities to transition into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work closely with children with autism using ABA strategies, support their individualized treatment plans, and track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Experience in ABA therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
