Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants for part-time positions in Kenner, LA. These roles provide an opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work directly with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in related field preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients physically.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Collect and record data using PBS tracking tools.
