Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled meetings and training.
