Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in childcare, education, or ABA therapy is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and engage clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with families to ensure success.
• Attend supervisions, team meetings, and training.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Reliable transportation

Ability to engage clients
