Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Albany, Oregon. We offer flexible part-time positions that have the potential to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend supervisions and ongoing training.
