Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally when required.
• Ability to engage clients actively and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
