Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
