The position involves working 1:1 with children with autism, implementing treatment plans, and collecting progress data while attending scheduled training and meetings. Ideal candidates are those with a high school diploma, experience in ABA therapy or related fields, and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation needed for local travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and engage clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
