The roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans, and engaging with families to ensure success. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally are necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage clients actively during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under a BCBA's supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and training.
