Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians roles in Danvers, Massachusetts. Flexible part-time positions are available, with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel locally if required.
• Active engagement with clients during sessions is essential.
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
