Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; a Bachelor's in related fields is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is beneficial.
• Reliability in transportation and local travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend supervisions and ongoing training.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare experience

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Effective communication skills

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education
