Ideal candidates hold a master's in the field and a BCBA certification, with experience working with autistic or developmentally diverse children.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Experience with children, particularly with autism or developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
• Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
