Storybook ABA in Fort Washington, MD is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support families and schools with data-driven interventions.

You will supervise and train parents, collaborate with the back office, and design, implement, and monitor instructional programs and behavior plans across language, social, and communication domains. Flexibility with hours and a software-driven workflow are offered.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required.
• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Experience with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
