Storybook ABA in Maryland seeks a BCBA to lead supervision, train parents, and ensure clear communication with the back office. You will design, monitor, and update instructional programs that span language, social, and communication domains, and you will implement and oversee behavior plans to support clients.

The role requires a master's in behavior analysis or related field and BCBA certification. Experience with autism and data-driven therapy is highly valued; flexible hours and bonus

Qualifications

• A master's degree in behavior analysis or psychology, or a related field is required.
• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
• Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
