Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking qualified BCBAs for flexible, hybrid roles in the Northern Denver region, including Erie and Firestone. Manage a small caseload with supportive leadership and opportunities to grow with the company.

The positions offer a mix of in-person and telehealth work, with caseloads designed for balance and quality care. Prior ABA experience is required, and RBT supervision is part of the role.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or in progress.
• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• Hybrid work model: remote & in-person, Northern Denver region.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of clients and families.
• Supervise RBTs in schools and homes (in-person and telehealth).
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based, compassionate care.
• Collaborate with educators and families to show progress.
• Uphold ethical and compliance standards.
