Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a bartender for our Courtyard/Residence Inn Poplar Creek Complex. You will serve beverages and food with a friendly, timely approach, and assist with cash handling at the bar. The role includes stocking duties and maintaining garnishes to ensure top quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a bartender.
• Food handler and TIPS certification (or equivalent).
• Willing to work varying shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Passion for guest service and memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Prepare beverages for other servers and act as cashier for the bar.
• Maintain proper bar setup and stock beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, and condiments.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions using the POS system to create guest checks.
