Qualifications

• Ability to travel to downtown Lancaster (bus fare and/or parking provided).

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, operation, and strike of production areas (sound, lighting, video).
• Ensure smooth house operation and a safe, comfortable patron experience.
• Coordinate event logistics with the Event Manager and manage hospitality/front-of-house activities.
• Oversee stage management and coordination with production staff for start/end of events.
• Set up rooms and move equipment (tables, chairs, stages, podiums).
• Lift up to 20lbs as required.
