Job summary

You will maintain the lobby bell stand, greet guests warmly, explain hotel facilities, and support the front desk with key inventory when requested. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a customer‑focused approach across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform pick ups and drop-offs at the airport for guests and inspect vehicles.
• Explain hotel facilities, their location, hours of operation, and answer questions.
• Check luggage for guests for day and overnight.
• Maintain the lobby bell stand and keep lobby area clean when not busy with guests.
• Open doors and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Maintain intershift communication log to stay connected across shifts.
• Deliver messages and valet to guest rooms.
• Show guests to rooms and assist with luggage; may perform guest room valet duties.
• Assist front desk with key inventory as needed.
• Adhere to attendance expectations and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
