Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Greenville, AL is seeking a courteous Bell Attendant to assist guests with luggage, provide airport shuttle support, and guide guests during check-in and check-out.

You will maintain the bell stand and lobby area, uphold cleanliness, greet guests warmly, and coordinate with Front Desk to ensure smooth service. This role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift luggage, and a reliable work ethic. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and ability to pass motor vehicle background inspections.
• Frequent lifting of guest luggage may be required.
• Excellent guest service and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform airport pick ups and drop-offs for guests and inspect vehicles.
• Explain hotel facilities, locations, hours, and answer questions.
• Check luggage for day and overnight guests.
• Maintain the designated bell station in the lobby and be readily available.
• Open doors and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Keep the bell stand, lobby and baggage room clean; tidy lobby doors and windows when not busy.
• Maintain open communication across shifts using intershift log.
• Deliver messages and valet to guest rooms.
• Show guests to rooms and assist with luggage as needed.
• May perform duties of a guest room valet as required.
• Assist Front Desk with key inventory as needed.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
