Hilton Greenville is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant to assist guests with luggage, manage airport pickups, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Requirements include an active driver's license and the ability to lift luggage regularly. You will greet guests, open doors, guide them to rooms, and support front desk operations as needed.

This role emphasizes teamwork, enthusiasm, and attention to detail, with daily shift flexibility to accommodate guest needs.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Ability to pass motor vehicle background inspections.
• Frequent lifting of luggage.

Responsibilities

• Perform pick ups and drop-offs at the airport for guests and inspect vehicles.
• Explain hotel facilities, hours, and answer questions about facilities and other hotel matters.
• Check luggage for day and overnight guests.
• Maintain the designated lobby station and be ready to be summoned for fronts.
• Open doors and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bell stand, lobby and baggage room; keep lobby doors/windows clean when not busy with guests.
• Maintain communication through intershift log.
• Deliver messages and valet to guest rooms.
• Show guests to rooms and assist with luggage as needed; may perform guest room valet duties.
• Assist front desk with key inventory as needed.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
