Acclimate ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, or community settings on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized treatment plans and help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned client location.
• Ability to work under BCBA supervision and follow individualized treatment plans.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings as assigned.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record session data to monitor client progress.
• Complete timely and detailed session notes.
• Communicate relevant observations and progress with the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other team members to support client goals.
• Follow clinical protocols, ethical guidelines, confidentiality requirements, and safety procedures.
• Attend required supervision and training sessions.
