Woodcraft Rangers in Pomona, CA seeks an After-School Program Leader (Floater) to provide flexible support across sites, covering staff absences and fluctuating enrollment.

You will lead engaging activities for groups of about 20 youth, build positive relationships, and collaborate with Site Coordinator and Family Liaison. Hours are 1:00 PM–5/6:00 PM; schedule varies by location; this part-time role offers meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Availability to work 1:00 PM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
• Willingness to travel between sites as needed.
• Experience in expanded learning or after-school programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, supportive environment for students.
• Promote an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful culture.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities for whole-child development.
• Monitor attendance and participation.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
• Attend required trainings and collaborate with Site Coordinator.
