Job summary

Muir Wood Healthcare is looking for licensed Per Diem Group Facilitators to lead therapeutic groups in our accredited residential program for adolescents aged 12–17. You set your availability and can engage in creative group therapy, collaborating with clinical staff to support our teens in a safe therapeutic environment.

Ideal candidates will hold an active California license (LMFT, LCSW, etc.) and have experience in therapeutic settings. We offer competitive pay ranging from $60–$100 per hour based on your qualifications.

Qualifications

• Active California license in good standing: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Experience facilitating therapeutic groups in a clinical setting.
• Competency in at least one evidence-based modality (DBT, CBT, ACT, or trauma-focused).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate DBT, CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed group therapy sessions.
• Lead psychoeducational, skills-based, and process groups for adolescents.
• Coordinate with the Clinical Director on group content.
