Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Weymouth, MA is seeking an ABA therapist to join our community of care. You will conduct 1:1 therapy with children and young adults, implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Must have a reliable car and driver's license for commuting to clients' homes
• Background check required
• Must possess a High School Degree
• Experience in related roles (nanny, teacher, paraprofessional, etc.) is helpful

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and other team members regarding treatment delivery.
• Enter data and all trials daily for each pediatric patient across programs.
• Remain available for supervision sessions, conferences and team meetings as required.
