Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC is hiring caring, motivated RBTs to join our team for in-home ABA therapy with children who have ASD. You’ll provide one-on-one services, follow BCBA plans, and contribute to meaningful progress in communication, social skills, and independence.

We offer supportive supervision from experienced BCBAs, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth. A genuine passion for helping children succeed is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation to client homes.
• Punctual, dependable and professional with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter session data electronically.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
