Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a part-time Behavioral Health Technician (RBT required) to provide one-on-one ABA services in home and community settings across the USA. You’ll implement treatment plans, record data and collaborate with families to achieve client goals.

The role offers flexible schedules, nationwide licensing support, ongoing CEUs, and a strong support network within a growing ABA practice. Training programs and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
