Job summary

BK Behavior in Pataskala is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Technician (RBT) to support our ABA clients. You’ll provide one-on-one ABA services in home or community settings, record progress, and collaborate with a clinical team to tailor plans.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Strong communication and patience in family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
