Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home or community settings. You will work one-on-one, implement evidence-based ABA plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to promote independence and positive behavior.

No experience? No problem — paid training is provided. All positions start part-time with flexible schedules and opportunities for referrals and advancement, including same-day pay after clocking in/out.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients to support independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
