Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians to join our ABA team. This role focuses on delivering one-on-one ABA services to children in clients' homes or community settings, with flexible part-time schedules and immediate access to earnings through our same-day pay program.

No experience? Paid training is provided. You will work under a supportive clinical team, record session data, and help families implement skill-building plans to advance independence.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required prior to working
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings
• Implement evidence-based interventions and support skill-building
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure high-quality care and family engagement
