Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete before start date.
• Experience working with children in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and dependable, with the ability to follow treatment plans and collect accurate data.
• A desire to help children grow and a commitment to a positive learning environment.
• A team player who values collaboration and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one‑on‑one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by clinical supervisors.
• Accurately collect and record data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and participate in training and team meetings.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients and families.
