ADDMAN Engineering in Carlsbad, CA seeks a MJF Manufacturing Floater to provide flexible coverage across multiple production roles, including machine operation, finishing, sorting, and material handling. The role requires quick adaptation to changing priorities and strong attention to quality and safety.

The floater will move between assignments after training, maintain equipment readiness, and support on-time delivery goals while coordinating with department leads and ensuring accurate QA

Responsabilités

• Accept daily assignments and coordinate priorities with the receiving department lead.
• Prepare MJF printers for scheduled builds; maintain printers, processing stations, and build units; report equipment issues.
• Blast parts according to job sheets and drawings; manage media according to specifications.
• Finish and assemble parts; verify features and dimensions; perform dyeing and carboniting when trained.
• Light assembly including drilling holes; verify fit and workmanship.
• Sort parts by build, job, and part ID; ensure traceability and QA documentation.
• Track work orders through post-processing, Quality, and Shipping; communicate delays and risks to PM team.
• Maintain virgin and reclaim powder inventory; transfer powder to barrels; stockroom 5S.
• Follow job sheets, drawings, and procedures; maintain production counts and maintenance records; identify nonconforming parts.
• Suggest improvements to reduce downtime and delays; share knowledge with coworkers.
