Job summary

ADDMAN Engineering LLC in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Machine Operator to keep our MJF 3D printers running and ready for the next job. You will perform preventative maintenance, clean materials, and swap build units to maintain production flow.

You will work with project technicians and ensure printers meet OEE standards, while maintaining a safe, organized work area and contributing to a positive team environment. High attention to detail and basic MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year related experience preferred.
• Solid technical attributes and strong attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Beginner Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Technicians, Machine Technicians, and Lead Project Technician.
• Maintain and clean Processing Stations, Build Units, and MJF Printers.
• Prepare printers for the next available print.
• Ensure uptime on printers meets our OEE requirements.
• Report any printer issues to the Machine Technician and/or Lead Project Technician.
• Maintain a clean showroom and a safe work environment.
• Promote a positive work environment.
• Assist in various stages of production as needed.
• Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities that may be assigned at any time.
