Care the Wright Way LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care for a 24-hour case in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate focuses on client safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being while delivering attentive, person-centered care.

The 24-hour case requires shift arrangements to be discussed; prior home care or private duty nursing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in Georgia.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and attentive to client needs.
• Ability to work independently following the care plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per the client’s individualized care plan.
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes.
• Administer medications and nursing procedures within LPN scope.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable care environment.
• Communicate effectively with care team and supervisors.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
