Qualificações

• GA LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification.
• TB skin test current or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Perform Foley care.
• Conduct supervisory visits as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional home care environment.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols and document care accurately.
