Job summary

Aim Higher ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy. Each RBT works under BCBA supervision to implement individualized skill acquisition programs and collect data to track progress.

We offer flexible full-time schedules, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team. Compensation ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• RBT license required and active certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings.
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs.
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients.
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned.
