Job summary

Aluma Care NH in New Boston, NH is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide 1:1 therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under a BCBA-designed plan and contribute to meaningful client progress.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for certification support, with competitive pay between $18 and $25 per hour and generous PTO and holidays. Applicants must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.
• Must pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
