Job summary

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Flexera Administrator to manage the Flexera One platform, ensure accurate asset data, and drive ITAM initiatives from a remote location. The role requires deep knowledge of licensing governance and experience integrating enterprise systems such as ServiceNow and Active Directory.

You will deploy and maintain Flexera inventory agents and beacons, perform license reconciliations, and create reports and dashboards to support audits and compliance.

• Minimum of 5 years of IT Asset Management experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on Flexera One administration.

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data operations sector, is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Systems Administrator to join their dynamic team. As a Systems Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Data Operations team, supporting critical IT asset management and platform administration functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing complex systems, which will enable you to thrive in this innovative environment.

Job Title: Flexera Administrator

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $85 hourly on w2

What's the Job?

• Manage and monitor the Flexera One platform, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and updates of Flexera inventory agents and beacons to maintain data accuracy.
• Integrate Flexera with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow and Active Directory to streamline asset management processes.
• Conduct regular license reconciliations and maintain comprehensive records of software licenses, contracts, and purchases.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights on IT asset compliance and support audit preparations.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) or related fields, with at least 2 years of hands‑on Flexera One administration.
• Deep understanding of software licensing governance, database troubleshooting, and infrastructure management.
• Proficiency with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with SQL Server and integrating enterprise systems like ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
