Job Title: Flexera Lead/Specialist - (Software Asset Manager)

Location: Hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence three days per week at an office location (city) of your choice

About the Role

Our customer are seeking an experienced individual with deep expertise in Flexera solutions (FlexNet Manager Suite & Flexera One). The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM) practices and hands-on integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of Flexera (FNMS & Flexera One) platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end Software Asset Management (SAM) lifecycle, ensuring compliance, optimization, and cost efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Proven hands-on expertise with Flexera (FlexNet Manager Suite (FNMS)) and Flexera One.
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Experience with license models across multiple vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe, etc.).
• Understanding of software compliance, licensing, and audit management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, procurement, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Relevant certifications in Flexera or SAM practices are a plus.
