Job summary

WesleyLife’s FlexCare staffing pool in Johnston, IA is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our internal team. You will travel between WesleyLife communities to fill open shifts with premium pay and flexible scheduling, contributing to high-quality person-centered care.

As part of our internal clinical team, you’ll support multiple communities, including days, evenings, nights and weekends, while maintaining compliance and timely documentation. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Iowa.
• Ability to travel between WesleyLife communities.
• Minimum 16 hours per pay period when shifts are available.
• Reliable transportation is required to support travel between WesleyLife communities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, person‑centered clinical care in alignment with individualized care plans.
• Support multiple communities by traveling to WesleyLife locations based on current staffing needs.
• Assist teams during periods of increased demand, including staff shortages, vacations, and higher‑acuity situations.
• Maintain compliance with all WesleyLife policies, as well as state and federal care standards.
• Complete documentation accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and professionalism in every care environment.

We are seeking compassionate, dependable clinical professionals to join our Flexible Staffing Pool. FlexCare team members support multiple WesleyLife communities by stepping into open shifts — including days, evenings, nights, and weekends — wherever coverage is needed most.

As part of our internal clinical team, FlexCare professionals serve across multiple communities, providing licensed, high-quality care while enjoying the flexibility to build a schedule that fits their life.
