We are seeking compassionate, dependable clinical professionals to join our Flexible Staffing Pool as a CMA, or CNA. FlexCare team members support multiple WesleyLife communities by stepping into open shifts - including days, evenings, nights, and weekends - wherever coverage is needed most.

As part of our internal clinical team, FlexCare professionals serve across multiple communities, providing licensed, high-quality care while enjoying the flexibility to build a schedule that fits their life.

• Premium hourly pay (higher than standard PRN roles)
• Holiday Pay (when eligible)
• Opportunities for incentive/stat pay on urgent shifts

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered clinical care in alignment with individualized care plans.
• Support multiple communities by traveling to WesleyLife locations based on current staffing needs.
• Assist teams during periods of increased demand, including staff shortages, vacations, and higher-acuity situations.
• Maintain compliance with all WesleyLife policies, as well as state and federal care standards.
• Complete documentation accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and professionalism in every care environment.

Education & Experience

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Active CNA certification in the state of Iowa
• Certified Medication Aide (CMA): Active CMA certification in the state of Iowa
• Ability to work in various care environments within the WesleyLife network
• Minimum 16 hours per pay period when shifts are available
• Reliable transportation is required to support travel between WesleyLife communities as needed
