Cardinal Health in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate II (Flex) to receive, pick, pack and ship orders, with a focus on returns processing. The role offers a part-time schedule (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 8am-4:30pm) with 24-29 hours weekly and potential flexibility.

You will train on material handling equipment, maintain safety and inventory controls, and support an inclusive team environment while helping ensure reliable product availability for customers.

Qualificações

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in cold environments.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
• Basic proficiency in English and ability to read/write English.

Responsabilidades

• Follow established process to fulfill orders. This includes accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty.
