Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Flex Unarmed Vehicle Patrol in Santa Maria, CA. You will perform security patrols, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents as part of a dynamic, client-focused team.

The role offers 30-40 hours per week with a flexible, rotating schedule and opportunities for growth. A valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to travel as needed are required.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Must be available for last-minute shift scheduling.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Age 18+ for unarmed positions; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits and authorize entry.
• Respond to alarms and call police or fire department when needed.
• Investigate incidents and maintain written logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally.
